No, you can come and go as many times, and whenever you like. However, assessments need to be completed in a single session.
Most subjects allow you to attempt the assessment as many times as you like. We suggest you undertake the practice test prior to attempting the final test.
Some subjects restrict the number of attempts. If you should reach this number without recording a pass result,
please support form.
You can go back any time later and print or re-print certificates.
Please check that you don't have a "popup" blocker that is stopping a new browser window opening for the certificate. You may need to get some local help to check that, but it is normally set in the browser menu option Tools - Internet Options - Privacy - Block popups. This can vary with different system configurations.
When you next logon, on the left menu under "My Academy Selections" there is a link to "Results and Certificates".
Click on this. If a certificate is available, click on the icon in the right column adjacent to the subject. This links through to the certificates.
There are two versions of the certificate. One uses the Flash player and will print a very high resolution certificate. The other is a
HTML certificate which doesn't use the Flash player and prints a reasonable quality certificate. If you can't print the Flash version of the certificate,
try the HTML version.
Certificates may not be available for all subjects.
No. We require each person to be individually registered.
On the successful completion of some programs, the system will issue a certificate to indicate your completion of the course.
In the left hand menu, just under the logon form, is a link labelled 'Forgotten your password?'
Click on this link, and you will be prompted to enter your username OR your email address.
An email containing your username and password will be sent to your registered email address.
